Corporate

Work in the corporate sector has been central to Radiance Production since we started in 2009

Where as other companies think of  this area of work as dull or too demanding we are pleased to work with clients who know exactly what they want and who enjoy working with us to achieve their aims.

Case studies are trickier in the corporate sector than others, especially as one of the areas we exceed in is providing technical support to other production companies.

Whether it’s a simple presentation for a dozen clients, an award show to celebrate a team of hundreds or even a conference with an audience of thousands we are more than happy to cater for all your technical needs.

Conference at ICO2

Working on behalf of a leading production agency we provided all lighting, sound and video equipment to a conference held in London’s InterContinental, The O2. Highlights of this event included supplying no less than 8 breakout rooms, as well as the plenary.

We utilised a wide variety of technology including 85 Inch 4K Screens and Panasonic 21,000 Lumen HD Laser projectors, D&B Y Series PA and a range of moving lights including Martin Aura XBs and Quantum Profiles.

Automotive Conference, Birmingham

Working with one of our favourite producer clients we supplied an automotive conference at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole Hotel.

The audience had previously attended the annual event in the same venue and our client wanted a very different look for this year’s event. Working with the production team we came up with a design based around internally lit ground supported trusses which provided both a different aesthetic and a practical means of suspension for our equipment.

Flown D&B T Series PA and subs as well as truss mounted 95 inch screens made sure that everyone could see and hear whilst keeping the floor clear for the delegates to get up close and personal with the products they were there to be introduced to.

Smaller groups were all able to work in the same room through the use of ‘Silent Disco’ headsets, reducing the clients need to hire extra rooms and also facilitating a faster return to large group activities.
